Pizza podle/nach Marcella Hazan›› series of cookbooks "Violent Recipes without blood" ›› 2016
Bilingual cookbook, a collection of recipes with generously ilustrated working procedures. Selected recipes are specific - during their preparation violence is used, but violence without any drop of blood. The receipeis are videlicet vegetarian. During cooking there's physical power needed. Tearing with hands could be the more natural way of portioning vegetable than cutting it with the knife, we can stomp it, whing it, wing it up, trash it on the table, throw it up... Salted zucchini will cry and let the watter go, the same is it with the cabbage on which are we stepping and jumping in the cub, the pizza dough would get compact while trashing. The purpose of this recipies in not to revenge on the vegetable, but to blow off stream, to get rid of excessive energy, and to attain coveted qualities and taste. Cooking could work like the catalyst of superfluous emotions, after demanding preparation the energy returns in a tasty meal.
